It’s been nearly 24 years since the DC Snipers terrorized the capital region.
Without Warning, an exhibit at the National Law Enforcement Museum, conjures up those harrowing three weeks. Its purpose is to honor the efforts of the many police departments in the DMV who ended the killing spree and brought the perpetrators to justice.
This is the first public display of the automobile used by the snipers. The exhibit will be on display until the end of 2027.
The National Law Enforcement Museum is located at 444 E Street, NW, adjacent to the Law Enforcement Memorial. It will hold an Open House on Saturday, September 26. Click here for the details.
