Montgomery County COVID-19 Statistics

The number of Montgomery County COVID-19 cases is now 2,647, according to numbers released by the Maryland Department of Health Monday morning. Cases increased by 140 in the last 24 hours.

The number of deaths in the county due to COVID-19 is 89, an increase of nine since Sunday. The number of probable deaths – not yet confirmed by testing – is 17.

As of Monday morning, there are 13,684 cases of COVID-19 in Maryland, which is an increase of 854 cases from the 12,830 cases reported Sunday.

The total number of deaths in Maryland due to COVID-19 is currently reported as 516, up from 486 on Sunday. There is no additional information about the 30 deaths at this time.

Of the total Maryland cases, 3,014 were hospitalized at some point and 917 have been released from isolation. According to the Maryland Department of Health, there have been 57,713 negative coronavirus tests in the state.
