The University of Maryland announced Thursday evening that all commencement ceremonies and activities have been canceled due to a rise of COVID cases on campus.
With a heavy heart, we are canceling all winter commencement activities, including the main ceremony on Dec. 20 and all college, school and department ceremonies on Dec. 21 and 22.
