3. Business Microenterprise Stabilization Program: Montgomery County will begin accepting applications to its Microenterprise Stabilization Program starting Wednesday, June 10. Applications will be accepted through Tuesday, June 16. The MSP initiative is designed to help for-profit businesses with five or fewer employees in response to the COVID-19 health crisis. It also aims to help for-profit businesses.
