1. Drive carefully. The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. today and visibility may be reduced.

2. The Maryland State Police Department has a reminder for residents: “see something, say something.”

3. MCPS Interim Superintendent Larry Bowers announced on Sunday that all public schools and buildings will be retested for radon.

4. Montgomery County Council President Nancy Floreen is scheduled to hold her first weekly briefing with reporters today in Rockville. Some of the topics expected to be discussed include Floreen’s priorities and goals, the county’s budget situation, the planned Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system and more.
