Heading to Ocean City? The COVID-19 Vaccine Awaits

Many in Montgomery County will be heading to Ocean City for Memorial Day weekend. A recent MedStar Health survey found that Ocean City is the most popular beach for people living in the greater Washington D.C. area.

If that’s the case and you still need a COVID-19 vaccine, there is good news. Ocean City Convention Center is offering the one-shot Johnson & Johson vaccine every day through June 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments are not required.

All Marylanders 12 and up are eligible to receive the coronavirus vaccine. To find a clinic near you, click here.

Maryland Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford tweeted that the Ocean City vaccinations are part of GoVAX Maryland’s summer tour. Click here to see other walkup vaccination clinics that are open at popular Maryland vacation spots this weekend.
