Montgomery County Public Schools will be closed again Tuesday.
Ice and snow still needs to be removed from the schools “to ensure schools are safe for students and staff,” according to officials.
All school and community activities held in school buildings are cancelled. However, daycare programs in school buildings may open at 9 a.m.. School administrative offices and central offices will open on a two-hour delay.
Montgomery County Public Schools will be CLOSED, Tuesday, Jan. 4, due to the ongoing work to remove ice and snow and ensure schools are safe for students and staff. All school and community activities in school buildings also are canceled.
