Meet New York Times Reporter Andrea Elliott at Gaithersburg Book Festival

The Gaithersburg Book Festival returns to Bohrer Park Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m. New York Times investigative reporter Andrea Elliott is one of more that 130 writers coming to the festival. Elliott won the Pulitzer Prize for non-fiction with her book “Invisible Child: Poverty, Survival & Hope in an American City.”

Here is Mayor Jud Ashman talking about the book “Invisible Child.”

Elliott presents at 2:15 p.m. in the James Michener Pavilion and will be signing books at 3:15 p.m.
