Police said a man was shot and injured in Montgomery Village.
A shooting occurred in the 9400 block of Hickory View Place, the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) shared after midnight Thursday.
Police stated that a man was shot and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The scene was secure and there was no current public threat, MCPD stated. No suspects were in custody.

An adult male was shot and transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
