Reward for Gaithersburg Carjacker Increases to $20,000

The reward for information on an escaped 21-year-old, Montgomery County male has doubled to $20,000.

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) says Naseem Isiah Roulack escaped Henrico County Hospital on August 12.

Roulack went to the hospital seeking medical treatment during his sentence at the Virginia Department of Corrections, according to MCPD.

The police said Roulack was recently linked to a Gaithersburg armed carjacking and kidnapping on Sept. 1. Roulack’s alleged carjacking prompted a response to the 400 block of W. Deer Park Rd.

Roulack stole a female victim’s vehicle with her still in the car. He drove several blocks before telling the woman to exit the car, according to detectives.

The U.S. Marshalls Service said Roulack is considered armed and dangerous as he remains on the run. Roulack is a 5’6″ Black male, with tattoos on his right eye, neck and left cheek.

Detectives determined Roulack is currently serving a 13-year sentence for charges of aggravated malicious wounding, grand larceny, and hit and run.

The U.S Marshalls Service initially offered $10,000 as a reward for information that leads to his capture. However, they doubled the reward on Friday.

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force requests information that would lead to the apprehension of Naseem Roulack.
