State Flag Lowered to Honor Former State Senator, County Executive Sidney Kramer

Gov. Larry Hogan ordered the Maryland flag to be lowered to half-staff on May 20 to honor former State Senator Sidney Kramer, who also served as the Montgomery County Executive from 1986-1990. Kramer passed away Monday at the age of 96.

The flag will return to full-staff on May 20 at sunset.
