Montgomery College – Germantown Campus has walk-up appointments available on Monday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to receive the Johnson & Johnson single-dose vaccine for residents ages 18 and older.
Ride On is offering a free “Vaccination Shuttle” to offer transportation to the vaccination site. The shuttle travels between the Shady Grove Metro Station and the Montgomery College – Germantown Campus vaccination site, running every 30 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and operating Monday through Friday, according to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT).
MCDOT advises riders to go to Bus Bay H, east side for pick-ups and drop-offs at the Shady Grove Metro Station. Vaccine appointments will take place at the Bioscience Education Center.
Montgomery College – Germantown Campus will also be offering the Pfizer vaccine for residents ages 16 and older Tuesday, May 4 through Thursday, May 6. Appointments should be made online through the Montgomery County website.
