1. Montgomery County Council: Press conference at 1:30 p.m. to discuss how Bill 33-22 will promote the creation of more affordable housing.

4. Metro (ICYMI): Starting on Tuesday, Feb. 21, Red Line trains will operate every 8 minutes all day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday.
