1. Weekly Briefing: County Executive Marc Elrich and health leaders will hold their media briefing at 12:30 p.m. Residents can watch live on MCM channels 21 and 995 (HD), County Cable Montgomery and on the county’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

2. Drive-Thru Food Distribution: Stop by South Lake Elementary School in Gaithersburg from 1-2:30 p.m. to receive boxed groceries in your car.

3. Libraries: Check out virtual and in-person programming offered today with Montgomery County Public Libraries.

4. Cool Off: On hot days, residents can cool off at Montgomery County facilities including libraries, recreation/senior centers and regional services centers during normal operating hours.

5. ICYMI: The Takoma Park Police Department is participating in Lights On! and will offer repair vouchers so vehicle owners can pay for safety equipment repairs. It is the first municipality in Maryland to join up with Lights On!
