3. Cherry Blossoms (ICYMI): The National Parks Service (NPS) announced the peak bloom of the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin will likely occur from March 22 to 25.

4. Jobs: The Department of Permitting Services is hiring inspectors, permitting specialists and more.
