1. No Weekly Briefing: County Executive Marc Elrich will not hold his weekly media briefing today, as he and other leaders are in Taiwan to represent Montgomery County at a summit.

2. Kindergarten Registration: Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) kindergarten registration is open for the 2023-2024 school year.

3. Food Resources: See food giveaway events today in Montgomery County.

4. Happy Hour: From 4-6 p.m., the Montgomery County Food Council invites residents to join them for happy hour at 7 Locks Brewing in Rockville.

5. ICYMI: The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is sponsoring four free electric scooter clinics for residents 18 and older in April, May and June.
