It’s Tuesday, Nov.14, and here are five things to know in Montgomery County.

1. Council: Session starting at 9:00 a.m. with a Proclamation recognizing Small Business Saturday by Councilmember Balcombe and a Proclamation recognizing the Retirement of the Mayor of Rockville, Bridget Newton, by Councilmembers Katz and Stewart. Also, Bill 42-23, Menstrual Products in Public Restrooms, is scheduled for introduction, which would require places of public accommodation to provide menstrual products at no charge in specific public restrooms.

2. MCDOT: Hybrid Public Information Meeting on the Old Columbia Pike / Prosperity Drive Improvements Project at 6:30 p.m. Online registration is required. In-person at the Community Lounge, White Oak Community Recreation Center
