The Maryland Office of the Attorney General released dashcam and police bodycam video of the fatal vehicle pursuit that occurred on Feb. 26 in Wheaton. The crash happened at approximately 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of Randolph Road and Connecticut Avenues. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
The driver, Noraly Paz Chavez, died on the scene. A passenger in the car was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital and released.
