As Primary Election Day kicks off in Maryland, Montgomery County voters came out early Tuesday morning to cast their ballots at the Silver Spring Civic Building.
Voting runs through 8 p.m. Tuesday. Residents can cast their ballots as long as they are in line by 8 p.m.
