Gov. Larry Hogan will hold a press conference Friday at 3 p.m where he will discuss the steps that must be taken for the state to recover from the pandemic.
Hogan tweeted, “I will introduce our Maryland Strong: Roadmap to Recovery.”
The news conference will be live-streamed on Hogan’s Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
