3. Yappy Hour: Today, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., a Yappy Hour will be happening at Elm Street Urban Park in Bethesda. Residents are encouraged to bring their furry four-legged friends to enjoy the pop-up dog park. Click here for more details.

5. MCPS Board of Education Public Comment: Montgomery County Public Schools Board of Education will accept in-person public testimony at its Oct. 5 business meeting.
