Montgomery County Offers Mental Health Guidance During Pandemic

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) offered guidance on supporting your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The county said in a statement that it’s okay to be anxious, and it’s important that people try to find ways to take care of their mental health. Focus on the facts and efforts to fight COVID-19, and limit television and social media use. Connect with people online and also go outside. The DHHS says you should practice healthy eating and sleeping habits.
