1. Black History Month: Virtual panel featuring living participants sharing their stories of strength, power and influence from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

2. Public Hearing: The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing today at 7:00 p.m. on Capital Budget.

3. Council Committees: Sessions start at 9:30 a.m.

4. Regional Fair Housing Plan: The Regional Fair Housing Plan is now open for public comment. The plan includes an analysis of impediments to fair housing choices across the region and provides strategies to increase access to safe and affordable housing, increase investment and resources in priority areas, and create more inclusive communities.
