1. Museum Reopens: The Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum reopens its west end to the public today with eight new exhibits after closing for six months for ongoing renovations. Free timed-entry passes are required for admission, regardless of age. Passes are available online on the museum’s website.

2. Game of the Week: MyMCM is covering the Gonzaga at Good Counsel football game tonight at 7 p.m. Follow @mymcmedia on Twitter for live updates.

3. Hispanic Heritage Celebrations: 

  • The Gaithersburg Arts Barn screens the 1931 Spanish-language version of Dracula at 7:30 p.m. tonight. Learn more and purchase tickets online here.
  • Experience Hispanic Culture through dance and music from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday. The is the last of a series of “Dance for Life” events and will focus on the culture of salsa. The event includes free dance lessons, a community dance competition and live music with social dancing.

4. Rockville Car Show:  The Antique and Classic Car Show takes place Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Rockville Civic Center Park, located at 603 Edmonston Drive. The show is free to attend. Limited parking is available at Rockville Civic Center Park. Additional parking is located at Rockville High School located at 2100 Baltimore Road. A courtesy shuttle will run from the school to the park from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. The shuttle is handicap accessible.

5. Mark Your Calendar:  Montgomery Community Media (MCM) invites you to a fundraiser and cocktail reception on Wednesday, November 30 from 6-9 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Center. The event will feature music, a raffle of local art from award-winning artists, amazing food and cocktails. Funds raised from this event will support media training and camps for low and moderate-income families throughout Montgomery County in our effort to educate the next generation of young journalists and creatives.
