Police are asking for help finding a suspect considered to be “armed and dangerous” who is wanted for a fatal shooting at the White Oak Shopping Center this month.
Markus Tyrelle Dowdy, 33, is wanted in connection with the shooting homicide at the America’s Best Wings restaurant on Nov. 4, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Two weeks ago, police said 34-year-old Marvin Jefferson was killed and another man was injured in the shooting. According to police, an altercation between the victims and suspect inside the restaurant led to the shooting.
MCPD asks anyone with information to give a tip by calling 1-866-411-8477 or by going to the Crime Solvers of Montgomery County website and clicking www.p3tips.com. Up to $10,000 is offered for information that leads to arrest. Tips can be anonymous.
