Albornoz Vows Joint Effort ‘to Prevent This From Ever Happening Again’

A 7-year-old ​​boy died after a driver struck him at his school bus stop last week in Bethesda. Montgomery County Council President Gabe Albornoz told MyMCM “the county has taking steps to prevent that something like this would happen again”.

 

Muhammad Haekal Saifullah Elsyaf was a first-grader at Ashburton Elementary School. The child was waiting for his school bus with his father and 18-month-old brother, according to the Montgomery County Police Department.
